Harrington Morgan was founded upon the guiding principle of ‘quality driven customer service’. At Harrington Morgan we have a professional team of Account Managers who will discuss your training needs and provide solutions. Our account management structure ensures that you have one point of contact for all queries and questions and one person ultimately responsible for the co-ordination of your programme. Your Account Manager will have total decision making authority in all aspects of your programme including training delivery, project management, quality and finance.

Working in partnership with you, our customer, listening, questioning and understanding at every step of the way, before delivering what we have agreed, when we have agreed it within the constraints that you have.
